At Curated Grounds, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our curated pieces. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refund Eligibility:
We accept refund requests within 48 hours of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item must be unworn and unused.

• The original tag must still be attached.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

How to Request a Refund:
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@curatedgrounds.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your request. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Please Note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
